Terms of sale

These terms and conditions govern purchases made in the My Magic Brush online store (mymagicbrushy@gmail.com). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Products and prices

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are indicated before completing the purchase. Shipping is free on orders from €49.99 in Spain, Portugal, Germany, France, and Italy. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before confirming the order.

2. Purchase process

To make a purchase, add the product to your cart, enter your details, and choose a payment method. The contract is considered finalized when you receive the order confirmation email.

3. Payment methods

We accept the payment methods shown during the purchase process. Payment is made through secure payment gateways, and we do not store your card details.

4. Shipping and delivery

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. The estimated delivery time depends on your area, and you will be informed by email with a tracking number. Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the order confirmation.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without providing a reason. We offer 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product, a longer period than the 14 days required by law. To exercise this right, write to us at mymagicbrushy@gmail.com indicating your order number. The product must be returned in good condition and with its packaging, and the direct costs of the return are borne by the customer. We will refund the amount, including standard shipping costs of the purchase, through the same payment method, within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of your withdrawal notice, being able to withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof of its return.

6. Legal guarantee

New products have a legal guarantee of 3 years against lack of conformity, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. If you receive a damaged, defective, or different product from what was ordered, contact us with photos and we will resolve it through repair, replacement, or refund, at no cost to you.

9. Applicable legislation

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law and, where applicable to consumers, by the mandatory rules of your country of residence in the EU.
