Shipping and returns

Shipping

• Free shipping on orders over €49.99 in Spain, Portugal, Germany, France, and Italy.
• Shipping costs are displayed before payment, depending on your country and the option selected (standard or express).
• Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.
• The estimated delivery time depends on your area; you will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns

• You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to return it.
• The product must be in good condition and in its original packaging.
• To start a return, write to us at mymagicbrushy@gmail.com or via the Contact page, providing your order number.
• The customer is responsible for the direct costs of the return.
• Once the return has been received and inspected, we will refund the amount using the same payment method.

Damaged products or order errors

If your order arrives damaged or you receive something different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will resolve it free of charge.
