Cookie policy
This page explains what cookies are, which ones this site uses, and how you can manage them, in accordance with Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI) and the GDPR.
1. What are cookies
These are small files that are saved on your device when you visit a website and which allow, for example, remembering your cart or keeping your session secure.
2. Data Controller
My Magic Brush. Contact: mymagicbrushy@gmail.com.
3. What cookies we use
Technical or necessary cookies (do not require consent). These are essential for the store to function: maintaining your cart, completing payment securely, remembering your language or country, and protecting your session.
Platform analytics cookies (require your consent). Our platform, Shopify, may use its own cookies to generate anonymous usage statistics for the store (for example, number of visits). They are only activated if you accept them in the cookie banner.
We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or TikTok.
4. Indicative details of cookies
- cart, cart_sig, cart_ts: store the contents of your cart (necessary, up to 2 weeks).
- secure_customer_sig, localization: session security and country or language preference (necessary, up to 1 year).
- _tracking_consent: remembers your cookie choice (necessary, up to 1 year).
- _shopify_y, _shopify_s: Shopify usage statistics (analytics, require consent, from 30 minutes up to 1 year).
The names and durations may vary when Shopify updates its platform.
5. How to manage or disable cookies
You can accept or reject non-necessary cookies from the store's cookie banner. You can also block or delete them from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge). If you block technical cookies, it is possible that the store may not function correctly.
6. Changes
If we incorporate other tools that use cookies in the future, we will update this page.
